Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most common styles of yoga practiced in the Western World. It is the continuous flow of movement between yoga poses. Breath and movement are synchronised.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga derives from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on the body's 'meridian system'. Meridians are pathways which transport energy (Chi or Qi) around the body.

Yin Yoga poses are held for longer and is slow paced, encouraging balance and connection between body and mind. Yin yoga can be a meditative practice and is highly beneficial for those seeking to increase mindfulness and relieve tension.

These yoga sessions are flexible to fit in with your commitments and can be booked by
appointment to when suits you!
Each session is tailored to your exact requirements 
and can be discussed prior to booking so you
receive exactly what you need.......whether you are
working towards something specific or would
simply like additional support on your yoga journey.
1-2-1 sessions are fabulous for those seeking to
enhance and enrich their yoga practice.
I provide expert advice on yoga posture alignment,
breathing techniques and flowing sequences.


Price per 1 hour session

£45 for 1-2-1 sessions

£60 for a small group of up to 4 people
