Yin Yoga Deep Stretch Classes

Yin yoga derives from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on the body's 'meridian system'. Meridians are pathways which transport energy (Chi or Qi) around the body.
Yin Yoga poses are held for longer and is slow paced, encouraging balance and connection between body and mind. Yin yoga can be a meditative practice and is highly beneficial for those seeking to increase mindfulness and relieve tension.

1-2-1 sessions are fabulous for those seeking to
enhance and enrich their yoga practice.
I provide expert advice on yoga posture alignment,
breathing techniques and flowing sequences.
This sessions are great for either individuals or groups of friends or work colleagues, a family or anyone who doesn't feel comfortable joining a bigger group of yoga students.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASSES

I am delighted to be offering monthly mindful meditation classes. Mindfulness can be described as 'coming into the present moment'.
Practicing mindful meditation allows us to train our minds to settle, moving us away from the stresses of daily life, and the anxieties of the past and future. When we do this we are more accepting of experiences as they unfold rather than trying to change or control them.
Mindful meditation is a beautiful practice which helps us to cultivate a greater acceptance and of ourselves and others. We also develop a deeper sense of calm and ease within both the body and mind.
With my full expert guidance, we will be practicing different meditation techniques and other highly beneficial mindfulness practices.
Mindfulness and mindful meditation can be practiced by anyone and no previous experience or knowledge is required to attend these classes.

CHAKRA BALANCING YOGA CLASSES WITH JO 2026!

I am thrilled that the lovely Jo is going to be offering a series of Chakra Balancing yoga classes at Myogi Studio!
The chakras are energy wheels in the body. The seven main ones are located along the spine from the very base to the crown of the head.
Jo's classes will focus on balancing one chakra each week with specifically designed yoga poses and flows. Her final class will focus on all seven chakras.
