SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

I am delighted to host Sound Bath Experiences at Myogi Studio with the wonderful Alessia.
A 'Sound Bath' is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonate sounds created by Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instruments.
Mats, bolsters, cushions & blankets will be provided for each attendee so you can be as comfortable and relaxed as possible to enjoy your experience fully.

YOGA POSTURE ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP

Would you like to enhance your physical ability and refine your competency in various yoga poses?
Then this is the workshop for you!
I will offer you my expertise and full guidance for posture alignment in different yoga poses.
This will allow you to take your practice to a new level of understanding and really allow you to get to grips with how different yoga postures 'feel' in the body.
By doing this you will benefit on a deeper level physically by preventing injuries, achieving more effective stretches and enhancing your stability, balance and strength.
This is the perfect workshop for those who would like to improve their physical yogic ability and would like to gain true awareness and appreciation of specific yoga poses.

Please note that Myogi Studio is fully equipped with mats and props for each student.
Just bring your lovely self and a bottle of water!
All workshops are suitable for every ability including beginners.
If this is your first time visiting Myogi Studio you will be asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the workshop
to fill out a short, fully confidential medical form. This ensures safe practice for each student.
