CHRISTMAS DE-STRESS SOUND BATH BY CANDLE LIGHT
If you want to de-stress before the big day this Christmas then this is the experience for you!
My dear friend Alessia will be performing an utterly beautiful 90 minute experience to fully rest, relax & restore you. Alessia uses Himalayan sound bowls & other musical instruments to produce resonate sounds, taking you into a state of complete bliss.
Alessia's sound baths have been extremely popular at Myogi Studio in the past so I would advise you to book in quickly! You will simply float home afterwards!
PLEASE NOTE - Sound baths may not be suitable for some forms of epilepsy, the first trimester of pregnancy and certain metal implants. Please check with your doctor if a sound bath is safe for you before booking in.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION
Myogi Studio is fully equipped with mats and props for each student.
Just bring your lovely self and a bottle of water!
All workshops are suitable for every ability including beginners.
If this is your first time visiting Myogi Studio you will be asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the workshop
to fill out a short, fully confidential medical form. This ensures safe practice for each student.
